About Haslemere Landscapes
Haslemere Landscapes is not just a business, it's a passion project, grown and nurtured by it's founder, Ben Taylor, a seasoned Landscape design & build expert. Ben founded Haslemere Landscapes in 2011, when he realised that there was a need for a customer-focused, conscientious landscaping business, with a focus on sustainability. Haslemere Landscapes is a small, family owned and run business, which means that our customer's and their outdoor spaces always get the care, attention and excellent service they deserve.
SUSTAINABILITY PROMISE
If materials within the garden can be saved and reused, it will be discussed and planned. We promote the sourcing of unwanted and reclaimed materials where possible. The removal of plants is something that we are keen to avoid, however if a plant has to be removed we try our best to find a new home for it either on site or in a new garden.
We recycle all of our plastic that occurs through the build with waste recycling services.
We only use electric vehicles and all of our tools, except one, are electric.
The lorries that we have no choice but to rely on, as part of our supply chain, are not always as planet friendly as we'd like, so we are careful about ensuring they are used as efficiently and infrequently as possible.
Overall, whenever there is an option to be more environmentally friendly, that is the option we will encourage our customers to take.
